Experience our unique multi-sport training and fitness facility offering over 60 top-quality coached classes and the latest innovative training methods and equipment. Our friendly and supportive environment caters for all fitness abilities and levels, so you don't have to be a triathlete to train with us!

DERI STEWART

Tri Fit's head triathlon coach, Deri, has a wealth of experience in training, competing and organising triathlon and endurance events.
Deri has accumulated many achievements in triathlon and cross-country running, including being crowned Welsh Triathlon Champion for five-years in a row before going on to represent Great Britain.
Deri also holds a Level 2 coaching qualification to enhance his knowledge and understanding of how best to transfer his expertise into coaching methods, making him a very adaptable and experienced coach.

JACK SADLER

Jack is a former international cyclist and current British Cycling Qualified Coach.

Jack has represented Ireland at European and World Championships and is a former member of Rapha Condor JLT. With a wealth of cycling knowledge, Jack aims to pass on his experience, skills and expertise to cyclists of all abilities. Jack coordinates the cycling coaching at Tri Fit and delivers Wattbike classes throughout the week. As well as coaching at Tri Fit, Jack heads Pedal Passion which provides professional road cycling coaching.

GARETH JONES

Gareth designs and coaches the run sessions at Tri Fit. He combines significant running and coaching experience with a wide range of knowledge and expertise in Gait Analysis, Personal Training and Sports Therapy. Gareth devises structured run plans and coaches beginners doing their first 5k as well as experienced runners embarking on longer endurance distances. Gareth has won a host of races at various distances and was Army Cross Country Champion, Tenby 10k winner and Swansea Bay 5k Series winner.

GIACOMO BENDONI

Giacomo is an accredited British Weightlifting Coach and has a BSc (Hons) in Sports Injury and Treatment, a Masters degree (MSc) in Applied Sports Nutrition and is currently undertaking a PhD and his UKSCA accreditation.
Giacomo is a Strength and Conditioning and Rehab specialist and works with athletes and teams such as Ospreys U16s, Swansea RFC and Team GB athletes across a variety of sports. Giacomo takes Wattbike and Strength & Conditioning classes at Tri Fit and can work with groups and individual athletes.

LIAM CAPENER-JONES

Liam is a UKSCA qualified Strength and Conditioning and Weightlifting coach.  He is currently undertaking a PhD and has a Master’s degree (MSc) in Strength & Conditioning and a BSc (Hons) in Sport and Exercise Science.  His qualifications are matched by his extensive coaching experience working with professional and amateur athletes and teams including the Ospreys Rugby Team, Newport County AFC, Swansea RFC, Bridgend Ravens RFC and the Women’s WRU squad.  Liam heads Tri Fit’s programme of Strength & Conditioning classes coaching throughout the week and working with athletes on a group or individual basis.

ADAM MILLS

Adam is a Strength and Conditioning Coach of the highest calibre with qualifications including Level 3 Personal Trainer, Level 2 Gym Instructor and a wealth of other qualifications in Spin, Les Mills RPM, Kettlebells and Circuit Training.  He is currently completing his UKSCA Accreditation.  Adam has over 6 years coaching experience with athletes and teams of all ages and abilities including Swansea RFC, Ospreys U16s, Bridgend Ravens RFC, Pro PT Academy and the Royal Air Force.  Adam coaches Strength & Conditioning classes at Tri Fit and is available for group or one-to-one coaching.

 SEAN LOUGHLIN

Sean Loughlin is an experienced coach with many years of experience coaching classes. At Tri Fit, Sean coaches a mixture of Wattbike and Strength & Conditioning sessions, and in his spare time, plays touch rugby!
His qualifications include Level 4 GP referral; Level 4 Lower Back Pain Specialist; Level 4 Cardiac Rehabilitation - as well as a range of qualifications including Pilates, Kettle Bells, Boxercise and as a Personal Trainer.
His motto is, "It’s supposed to hurt!"

MATT HANFORD

Matt started cycling in the summer of 2017 and began competitive racing soon after and found a
love for the sport. Last season (2019), Matt raced for TBW23 Stuart Hall Cycling, a team based in
Kent, where he raced in Belgium, Holland and in the British National Road Series. He finished in
18th place at the Zottegem Elite GP in Belgium in August 2019. Matt also finished 9th at the Welsh
Criterium Championships in May 2019. Matt continues to race, he coaches Wattbike classes at Tri
Fit and is currently studying Law at Swansea University.

OLIVER WINWOOD BRATCHELL

Ollie is a category 2 cyclist and races at national level. Last year, Ollie’s results include 5th in the
BUCS Road Race in April - a hilly national race against some of the best University level cyclists in the
country. Ollie also came 2nd at the Portsmouth North End Road Race in June 2019 - a regional A
level race and 7 th in the Tour of Sussex in July 2019, including a 5 th place on the Queen Stage. Ollie
coaches Wattbike sessions at Tri Fit and is currently studying Physics at Swansea University and
hopes to eventually spend a year racing abroad in Belgium to further his cycling career.  Outside of
cycling and studying, Ollie is a keen birdwatcher and can do the Rubix cube in under a minute!

MADISON SHADDICK

Yoga Instructor

Having studied in India, Madison is a 200-hour qualified Traditional Yoga teacher.
Madison combines her love for movement with Yoga vinyasa flow. She aims to help people improve their range of motion by correcting poor patterns and working on areas such as strength, balance, mobility, flexibility, and relaxation!
As well as teaching Yoga Madison is a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer, Dry Myofascial Cup therapist and Ancient Thai massage therapist.
Madison has a passion for helping people and is always open to talk about your goals and needs for the body and mind.

MIKE WILLIAMS

Yoga Instructor

Mike Williams, is a qualified Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Teacher. His Yoga classes focus on the body’s alignment, balancing strength and flexibility and are open to all abilities including beginners and those experienced in Yoga practice. Mike is also a professional Contemporary and Ballet Dance Artist and Teacher and graduated from Roehampton University in 2006.

MANSOOR MIRZA

Director

Mansoor is a keen cricketer and runner. After recovering from a knee operation, he took up Triathlon and completed his first Ironman 70.3 in Weymouth in 2017.  He was coached by the Tri Fit coaches and since then, he has been passionate about the benefits of multi-sport training and promoting the sport to an ever-increasing audience

KATE COOPER

Director

Kate is Director at Tri Fit.  She is an accomplished horse rider and a keen swimmer and runner. Kate recently completed her first half marathon in Llanelli as well as completing a leg in the Man vs Horse Race held annually in Llanwrtyd Wells.
