Here at Tri Fit, we love the Wattbike and how versatile this training tool can be from rehab exercises to strength training.
We run over 30 Wattbike classes each week, many we hope to see you in once you complete this comprehensive Wattbike course!
THE WATTBIKE WORKSHOP
During the Wattbike workshop, the team will cover various topics including, Wattbike Fit, the Wattbike Hub App, the various zones and your pedal stroke.
With our trainer's professional experience, you'll be feeling like a pro in no time.
WHAT TO BRING
We want you to feel comfortable in your Wattbike sessions, so we recommend you bring the following:
Trainers/Cycling shoes (our pedals are compatible with flat shoes and Shiamno SPD cleats)
Appropriate fitness clothing
