SWIM SESSIONS

Our weekly coached swim sessions are designed for beginners and advanced swimmers. We offer weekly beginners swim sessions at Penlan Pool and weekly advanced swim sessions at the Welsh National Pool.

WATTBIKE CLASSES

With over 30 coached Wattbike clases per week, you’ll find something to suit your training needs at Tri Fit. We offer 30-minute lunchtime HIIT sessions, 60-minute standard sessions and our weekend 90-minute Endurance sessions. All our classes consist of a structured warm up leading on to a mixture of leg speed, power and strength exercises to improve all-round fitness and deliver gains in these crucial elements of cycling.

RUN SESSIONS

We offer three coached run sessions every week for beginners and experienced runners. Whether you are aiming to do your first run or are seeking to increase your run performance over a marathon distance, Tri Fit run sessions will help you to achieve your goals.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING - QUEENAX

It’s not all about Swimming, Cycling or Running – to get those marginal gains, you need to condition and strengthen your body to see the benefits and prevent injury.
Be one of the first in Wales to try out our state of the art Functional Fitness Training Equipment. Coached-led circuit classes designed around each discipline of a triathlon as well as our All Body circuit.
