INTRODUCTION TO TRIATHLON
Want to start training in the New Year or do your first Triathlon in 2020 but don't know how or where to begin?
Come and join Tri Fit’s 'Introduction to Triathlon' course.
Tri Fit will be running another course beginning Friday 17th January 2020, finishing on the 21st February 2020.
Classes are only open to beginners enrolled on the course where our coaches will work closely with you to guide you step-by-step through your training.
Each week you will attend a coach-led, beginners:
- Run Session (Tuesday Evening 6:45pm-7:45pm)
- Swim Session (Thursday Evening 8pm-9pm)
- Wattbike Session (Friday Evening 7pm-7:45pm)
- you can also book onto any of our scaleable, coach-led strength and conditioning (queenax) classes as well as any of our yoga classes.

The cost of the course is £105 which includes access to all Tri Fit's facilities and all our timetabled classes throughout the week.
Spaces on this course are limited so please book early to avoid disappointment!
