INTRODUCTION TO TRIATHLON
Do you want to start training to do your first Triathlon, but aren't sure how or where to begin?
Then worry not because Tri Fit has a comprehensive Introduction to Triathlon course, designed to get you physically and mentally prepared to take on the sea, the road and the bike.
Each week you will attend a coach-led, beginners:
- Run Session (Tuesday 6:45 pm-7:45 pm)
- Swim Session (Thursday 8 pm-9 pm)
- Wattbike Session (Friday 7 pm-7:45 pm)
You can book onto any of our coach-led strength and conditioning classes and yoga classes also (and any other extra classes of your choice!).
Spaces on this course are limited so please book early to avoid disappointment!
