RUN SESSIONS

We offer three coached run sessions every week for beginners and experienced runners. Whether you are aiming to do your first run or are seeking to increase your run performance over a marathon distance, Tri Fit run sessions will help you to achieve your goals.  These sessions are designed to improve your fitness, strength and endurance and consist of a structured warm-up followed by intervals, hill repeats or a range of other focused exercises to ensure your run performance is optimised.

 

RUN SESSION @ MACHYNYS

Every Tuesday Evening 7:00pm at Machynys Golf Club, Llanelli. These coach-led sessions are structured run sessions available for all abilities.

RUN SESSION @ TRI FIT, SWANSEA

Every Thursday evening at 7:00pm. Structured run sessions available for all abilities.

BRICK RUN OFF THE WATTBIKE

Conditioning your muscles to deal with the transition from Bike to Run is vital. Follow our Brick Run guides from 1 mile to 10k local routes.
