The facility will be officially opened by Councillor Robert Francis-Davies, Swansea City Council Cabinet Member for Investment, Regeneration and Tourism at Tri Fit’s launch event on Friday 30th November 2018.

The official opening will be followed by a panel discussion where local athlete Nathan Ford will recount his experiences of competing in the Ironman World Championships in Kona, Hawaii in October 2018, followed by a panel discussion and Q & A session.

Tri Fit provides a combination of the latest training equipment, innovative coaching methods and triathlon-based activities to develop fitness, strength and well-being.

Tri Fit Swansea is the first centre in the UK offering our unique range of services and equipment geared towards providing the next generation in fitness and sports performance.

Tri Fit provides coach-led training in the core triathlon activities of swimming, cycling and running with targeted strength and conditioning as well as Yoga and Pilates sessions. A full weekly timetable of classes and training sessions will begin on 1st December and will be available to members.

The facility welcomes all levels of triathletes, individual sport athletes, gym-goers wishing to target and focus their fitness goals, as well as newcomers wishing to begin their own individual journeys to health and fitness through Tri Fit’s integrated training activities.

Offering the latest in fitness technology and equipment to its members, Tri Fit’s training facility in Swansea includes 15 new Wattbikes, a range of innovative strength and conditioning equipment, including a Queenax Functional Training Apparatus – the first in Swansea – advanced treadmills and rowing machines and a purpose-built Yoga and Pilates Studio.
