WATTBIKE CLASSES

With over 30 coached Wattbike clases per week, you’ll find something to suit your training needs at Tri Fit. We offer 30-minute lunchtime HIIT sessions, 60-minute standard sessions and our weekend 90-minute Endurance sessions.  All our classes consist of a structured warm up leading on to a mixture of leg speed, power and strength exercises to improve all-round fitness and deliver gains in these crucial elements of cycling. 


Beginners will find classes are suitable for all levels, but we also offer introductory classes for those that have not experienced the benefits of the Wattbike.  We also offer free fitness testing (FTP) classes to our members every 6-8 weeks to ensure your numbers are always up-to-date.

 

LADIES ONLY

Want to be part of a social, friendly environment and train alongside other women with the same interests? A choice between our 45 minute or 1 hour session will consist of a structured warm up, a mixture of leg speed and strength exercises to improve technique.

ENDURANCE CLASS

This class is aimed at building your endurance base. Classes will be between 60-90 minutes long with varied efforts to improve your aerobic fitness.

LEG SPEED

Want to work on your cardiovascular fitness and use less force to produce more power? Then this is the class for you! Aimed at all sports, these “off-feet conditioning” intensity sessions will keep the explosive power up, with no impact on joints and less recovery needed.

POWER HOUR

This class is aimed at working with “Watts”. Ideal for those with power meters or motivated by “numbers”. You will need to know your data for this class to be accurate.

CLIMBING CLASS

Want to work on strength and climbing technique? Climb up to some of the iconic summits to improve this.

ZONE CLASS

Working with Heart Rate or Power in competitions – then this is the class for you. Learn how to work in each of your Zones and build that aerobic base. Garmin/Polar Heart Rate monitor is a must.

JUNIOR 30MIN CLASS

After school club has never been better. Get your budding athlete involved with our 30 minute junior class. Aimed at technique and control, using both the Wattbikes and the Queenax.
